If you are a bread baker tired of feeding and discarding sourdough starter, you ‘knead’ to try no-maintenance Wild Yeast Water!
I’m wild for this ancient method of bread baking and think you’ll find it more user-friendly than sourdough starter. With my instructions, you too can convert sourdough recipes to Yeast Water without ever feeding or discarding sourdough starter.
