Recipe Development

My spins: 
•poach the oranges about 20min
•weigh the almond meal to really get 2cups weight (240g)
•add a few drops rose water to the glaze
•bake in 8-inch for a pudding cake texture 
•bake in 9-inch for more cake-y texture
• strain the poaching liquid for a yummy beverage

Such abundance in my weekly CSA! If you need some Such abundance in my weekly CSA!  If you need some oomph in your meal planning, I recommend a Community Supported Agriculture box (CSA). Here’s what I see in this box:
•pan roasted cauliflower (see my previous post)
•carrot top pesto pasta 
•stir fry with carrots, bok choy and spring onions
•very fresh lettuce salads with roasted chioggia beets
• something with collard greens—help me out with a collards recipe please! 

Look for CSA’s in your area and I bet your menus will get a re-fresh with super fresh produce!
