Have you got your kraut? Festive for year round enjoyment. Recipe by @kraut_source with sauerkraut making tips from Make Sauerkraut I use @makesauerkraut method of 2% salt by weight of kraut ingredients (1000g ingredients = 20g Kosher salt). Lots of cabbage, toss in some fresh or frozen cranberries, fresh pomegranate arils, and a sprinkling of fresh dill. Ferment 10-14 days in dark place, checking that the brine is covering the ingredients. Yum!
