Mayan Chocolate Ice Cream and Fruit Salsa Sundaes

Haagan Dazs Ice Cream
Makes 4 servings

1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced mango
1-2 tablespoons minced jalapeno
1 teaspoon sugar or to taste
Haagan Dazs Mayan Chocolate or Chocolate Ice Cream

Combine strawberries, mango, jalapeno and sugar. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate up to 12 hours. Spoon over servings of ice cream.
Ginger Fruit Salsa
Combine 1 cup each diced fresh strawberries and pineapple. Stir in 2 tablespoons minced crystallized ginger.
